LiJa67 Alexa Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

Purpose and audience

LiJa67 is a parent-facing family schedule organizer intended for parents and adult household members. An adult family administrator provides the shared schedule and configures which Amazon accounts may access it. The Alexa skill is not designed or marketed for children, and is not intended for child accounts or profiles. An adult-managed schedule can include children’s activities.

Information used

The skill retrieves the existing shared schedule, including event titles, dates and times, assigned family-member names and identifiers, event locations and notes. It uses the skill-scoped Amazon account identifier to check whether the account is authorized. Amazon processes voice interactions; LiJa67 does not store voice recordings.

The Alexa skill reads schedules. It does not change events, retrieve live device locations, offer purchases or include advertising.

Use and service providers

Schedule information is used to answer the requested family-schedule questions and display schedule information on compatible devices. Account identifiers are used to control access. The shared schedule is hosted on Cloudflare. Amazon’s Alexa-hosted infrastructure processes skill requests and stores private access configuration. These providers process information on their infrastructure under their own service terms and privacy policies.

Schedule data and access credentials are not intentionally published through the skill. Responses are available only to configured family accounts. Anyone who can use an authorized household device may be able to hear or see the schedule; this beta does not verify the age or identity of each speaker.

Storage and retention

The shared schedule remains in the existing LiJa67 family service until the administrator changes or removes it. Access configuration remains until it is removed. Private backups and diagnostic or QA records can retain earlier information for troubleshooting. This beta has no automatic retention schedule.

Access, changes and removal

For access to, correction of, or removal of family schedule information or an authorized Alexa account, contact the adult who administers your family’s LiJa67 installation. Removing access prevents future authorized retrieval; it does not recall information already heard, displayed or retained in prior diagnostic records or backups.

Updates

This policy should be reviewed when the skill’s audience, data handling or features change.
